Lynette O’Connell

Lynette’s expertise is comprised of 20 years of high-volume gaming operations experience in CRM, database marketing, analysis, and loyalty club development. With this experience, she assists Raving clients in maximizing their data including evaluating marketing and system software; pulling the data from the system; and making strategic marketing decisions around that data with easy-to-utilize reports and visuals.

Lynette played a principal role integrating all of the Harrah’s (now Caesars Entertainment) properties into one consolidated view in preparation for the national transition to a single-card multi-property program. Lynette was also part of the Marketing Sciences team tasked with developing overall best market practices for the new program. While with Boyd Gaming Corporation, she was the Corporate Director over the Data Integrity, Campaign Management and Database Analysis departments responsible for ensuring exceptional plan performance.

Lynette served as the Director of Database Marketing for the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino where she was responsible for marketing strategies, database analysis, campaign management, data hygiene and implementing strategic cost-saving program plans. Lynette also spent a year as the Senior Marketing Consultant for IGT before moving to VizExplorer where she was the Product Business Owner for campaignViz and the Director of Customer Success. She developed the Customer Success department at VizExplorer, which focused on customer adoption, best practices and ROI on the products purchased.

Lynette developed her love of numbers while studying accounting at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and earned a BS in Business from the University of Phoenix.
