Client Services Manager

Raving is expanding and we’re adding to our client services team!

It takes a special person to wear a shirt with a logo that say’s “Raving.” We’re a small but mighty team that values honesty, humor and compassion. We are honored to serve Tribal gaming organizations, as well as Commercial and international clients; our long-standing relationships are based on over twenty years of integrity.

So, as a client services manager, what will being a “Raver” mean to you? It starts off with understanding that we don’t sell a product off the shelf, we sell a variety of services including on-site training to remote support to custom analytics dashboards.

Knowledge of Tribal organizations and how casino gaming companies operate is critical. You’ll be on the road a lot, building those relationships and foremost listening to what keeps casino general managers and marketing directors up at night.

Above, we mentioned “integrity” – and I’ll say it again. We know, we know, everyone says they won’t work for a company that has the d’s (duds, divas and drama). We are seeking a candidate with an established book of business, 5+ years sales experience, and has relationships in the gambling & hospitality industry.

POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for growing sales and managing client business relationships with Raving. Improving the sales process, following up with leads and presenting forecast data to stakeholders is key to this position.

Marketing & CRM Coordinator

We are looking to expand our marketing team!

The Marketing & CRM Coordinator acts as our gatekeeper for our database, ensuring we have accurate and full information for our contacts, leads, opportunities and projects. In addition, this role supports the marketing department in event planning, asset creation, campaign delivery, tracking and measurement, content management, and other "capes" as needed.

We're known for our fun conferences and networking parties, you will be a part of the team that brings the fun and creativity to life.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in marketing and CRM management, with an understanding of the marketing and sales process and how a CRM tool serves to enhance it. An aptitude for digital marketing tools and softwares and verifiable CRM experience is a must for this position.
