Raving: Marketing & Data Strategies to Reengage with Your Best Players

One of the most common practices in our industry is that marketers run their “inactive” programs and look at anyone who has not had a trip in six or maybe twelve months. The fallacy in this approach is twofold: timing and follow-up. See in the traditional time frame, most of our high frequent players have already been locked into a new behavior and the opportunity has passed to re-engage them. It’s easier to get these best players back in the door sooner than later. On top of that, may casinos don’t have a fully developed follow-up program.
In this session we review: How to define trip assessment. What adjustments are critical to winning back players that have gone silent? How to create a follow-up program Bryan will share some reports that casinos aren’t using (but should), marketing strategies that are working to get our best players back and the math behind it all.
