On August 17 @ 10 am PST, we gathered to discuss the findings of the second annual IACSP National Casino Surveillance Survey – a ground-breaking report for surveillance professionals in the gaming industry.
The IACSP Board of Directors and its membership determined the need for a survey to identify best practices, optimal operations, structure and emerging trends. The members of the Association responded with criteria that would be beneficial to their needs. The Board authorized the survey to be developed and administered.
This survey is designed to find out about “the state of” casino surveillance departments in both tribal and commercial casinos. The data and analysis from this survey is a tool that can help benchmark your property’s surveillance operations, issues and trends. The content was developed with extensive input from surveillance professionals.
