We’ve expanded our training team and we’re proud to introduce our newest partner Rita Jefferson, a proud member of the Lummi Nation. In her prior role as Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO at a prominent gaming establishment, Rita has successfully overseen operations, leading her team to achieve record-breaking revenues and exceptional customer satisfaction. Her ability to implement effective strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement has been instrumental in the success of her organization. She will be working hand in hand with Tribal enterprises with Raving’s expanded and enhanced customized intentional leadership programs.
Rita joins our team of former operators that bring decades of “boots on the ground” experience in tribal enterprises. Her deep understanding of the gaming industry and her leadership skills have enabled her to drive significant growth and innovation within the organizations she works with. She understands the nuances, opportunities and the unique factors of working for a tribal business and will hit the ground running with compassion and expertise.
