Raving Partner Encompass completes the Tropicana LeMerigot Hotel Refresh
Raving Partner Encompass finished the Tropicana LeMerigot Hotel Refresh. This included:
• Refresh and renovation of the hotel tower
• Renovated 89 King & Queen guest rooms
• Replacement of all guest room and corridor custom carpet
• New wall covering in corridor and additional large format graphic artwork
• Replacement of all wall sconce lighting in corridor
• Replacement of wall covering in guest rooms
• All new mattresses and box springs
• New headboards
• All new lighting in guest rooms
• New digital thermostats in all guest rooms
Encompass coordinated all the construction activities, furniture and FF&E move management. Each floor was completed in two weeks with only one weekend shutdown per floor – rooms were back in service for Friday reservations. The overall schedule was 12 weeks.
