Steve Dahle is a highly respected casino professional with a 25+ year track record of success quickly transforming casino data into incremental and profitable revenue. Steve is passionate about helping clients take their loyalty clubs into the 21st century by reevaluating tier structure, reinvestment dollars, and dated tier benefits.
He believes casinos continue to have great opportunity, through harnessing data, to impact every Marketing decision designed to drive incremental and profitable revenue. Steve is known for a future-focus and embraces several popular analytic tools including Bally BI Reports/Campaign Manager, Microsoft SQL, the full suite of VizExplorer products and all current slot reporting software.
Steve spent 12 years at Caesars Entertainment (formerly Harrah’s Entertainment), serving as Regional Vice President of Data Analytics and six years as Sr. Vice President of Loyalty Marketing for The Fine Point Group, a leading consultancy for the gaming industry. He also spent five years with Mystic Lake Hotel and Casino just outside of Minneapolis and was part of the highly successful grand opening team at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento before joining Raving.
