Frenche Neely

Frenche has a 20+ year career in casino gaming and management at various properties, including multiple Gulf Coast properties, the Chickasaw Nation WinStar World Casino & Resort and Riverwind Casino in Oklahoma. She joins the Raving team as Director of Client Success.

Frenche will be the client support system and project manager for Raving’s multi-level, complex engagements, providing tailored and personal communications with every client to ensure success.

During her tenure in gaming, some of Frenche’s responsibilities included:

Marketing management in promotions, special events and direct marketing, especially the digital avenues of text, email, app usage and cost-effective practices with all kiosk capabilities.

In Player Development, Frenche held the position of Player Development Manager for a team of more than 10 Hosts, eight VIP service reps and four VIP hotel check-in reps at the Chickasaw Nation Winstar property. At Riverwind Casino, French’s team consisted of six hosts and three VIP reps.

When not engaged with Raving clients, Frenche enjoys a great day at the beach and a really good book.
