Rachele is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of experience in human resources, safety administration, budget development, project management and organizational and strategic planning for operations small and large. She has experience working with both the Tribal Administration and the Economic Development sides of a tribal organization.
She holds a Master’s in Business Administration – Human Resource Management from Upper Iowa University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Linfield College, and an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration from Southwestern Oregon Community College. Most recently, Rachele obtained her Tribal Human Resources Professional Certification.
She is active in NNAHRA, SHRM, Community College Degree Advisory Committees, Rotary, Habitat for Humanity, and other local organizations committed to promoting community development, service above self, and professional development. Rachele is skilled in staff recruitment and retention, policy development, benefit management, and bargaining agreement negotiation; as well as having extensive knowledge of ADA, FMLA/OFLA, FSLA, OSHA, ERISA, HIPPA, Unemployment Administration, Workers Compensation, and Tribal, Federal and State Employment Law Compliance in the Casino, Government, and Public sector work environments.
