Rachele is an experienced executive with over 18 years of experience in human resources, safety administration, budget development, project management and organizational and strategic planning for organizations small and large. She hold a Tribal Human Resources Professional certification, Master’s in Business Administration – Human Resource Management from Upper Iowa University, Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Linfield College and an Association of Science Degree in Business Administration from Southwestern Oregon Community College.
She is skilled in staff recruitment and retention, policy development, benefit management, and bargaining agreement negotiation with an organizational and strategic planning background. She also has an extensive background in ADA, FMLA/OFLA, FSLA, OSHA, ERISA, HIPPA, Unemployment Administration, Workers Compensation, and Tribal, Federal and State employment law compliance in the Casino, Government, and Public sector work environments. She is an active member of NNAHRA, SHRM, NHRMA, Rotary, and other local organizations committed to promoting community development, service above self, and professional development.
